Firms Interested in Supporting the Program

Are you looking for ways to diversify your workforce to meet your DEI Initiatives? CFA Institute’s Young Women in Investment Program selects talented young women from across UK universities and supports them through a month-long intense investment bootcamp to improve their investment and soft skills to be more work-ready.

We are looking for investment firms to support this initiative by providing paid internships for between 3-12 months.

What are the benefits of offering a paid internship through Young Women in Investment?

  • All of the recruitment process, bar the interview stage, are managed by our expert recruitment partners CARA who have decades in financial services recruitment.
  • CARA shortlist from a pool of 40 participants and tailor their suggested candidates based on your job description.
  • All participants in the Program take part in a 4-week intensive Bootcamp which covers the fundamentals of Investment Management and gives them more knowledge for when they enter your workplace.
  • The Program is designed to raise the profile of talented young women who may not be selected in the usual recruitment process, it supports DEI Initiatives and helps you to diversify your workforce from the entry-level.
